    Hell yes I can help!

Lady Gaga - Bad Romance (or anything from THE FAME)
Britany Spears-3 (or anything from Circus)
    Flo rida-Right Round
    Fergie-Party People f/Nelly (or Fergalicious)
    Sean Kingston-Fire Burning
    Black Eyed Peas-Boom Boom Pow
*****Cat Dolls-Hot Stuff (I Want You Back) from album PCD
Fall Out Boy f/John Mayer-Beat It
    Cobra Starship-Good Girls Go Bad
    Whitney Houston-Million Dollar Bill
Nine Inch Nails-That's What I Get (from Pretty Hate Machine)
Katy Perry-I kissed a Girl or Waking Up In Vegas
Jordin Sparks-S.O.S Let the Music Play
    Everclear-Everything to Everyone
    Christina Aguilera-Keeps Gettin Better
The Offspring-Staring At The Sun (from Americana)
  • I like all sorts of music, and upbeat faster songs make me work harder. Right now some of my favorites are:
    Chelsea Dagger -The Fratellis
    Get Me Bodied - Beyonce
    Anything's Possible - Jonny Lang
Do What You Want - OK Go
Gunpowder and Lead - Miranda Lambert
    Girlfriend - Avril Lavigne
    American Boy - Estelle
    Sunshine Highway - Dropkick Murphys
    Local God -Everclear
Imma Be - Black Eyed Peas

etc...I like to mix it up
  • It would probably help if we knew what kind of music you like :)

I stumbled upon a list of playlists on Fitness' website a little while back. It has suggestions for different types of workouts, whether it be running, yoga, or spinning...
