    I've already gained all my weight from the added muscle over the last few weeks, so this should be a pretty attainable number. Good luck everyone :drinker:

    I'm new here as of Friday but I'd like to join your challenge.

    Current Weight: 184.5
    Goal for July 4th: 165
    Goal for Life: 150

    I'm really going to need motivation and dieting advice. I've been struggling at this weight for 2 years now. (It's still baby weight.)

    This year I wanna wear a swimsuit and not worry about the way I look!

    Ok! The 4th of July is in 11 weeks! I CHALLENGE anyone who wants to do this with me to meet their goal, or make progress toward their goal, by the 4th of July. Who knows, maybe then I'll be able to go swimming on the 4th and be happy to be in a swimming suit :tongue:

    oh my goodness. I rode my bike for TWO AND A HALF HOURS today! If I would have tried to do that three months ago I probably would have fallen over dead. lol. :)

    C'mon guys we are doing GREAT and there are 6 1/2 weeks until final weigh in on July 4!

    Also, I am already only 2 lbs away from my goal, so I'm gonna add another 5 to my goal loss, to make it a goal of getting down to 185! Let's do it boys and girls!

    I weighed in the for the week and didn't budge the scale. But I have noticed some muscle coming out. I have dropped a pant size and my new pants are starting to feel lose. So I know my hard work is paying off, I'm just not seeing it on the scale. I will work hard this week and see if I make some headway for next week.

    I am totally game for this challenge. I was just talking about how I was excited for the 4th of July and now I am looking even more forward to it.

    Starting Weight: 137.7
    Current Weight: 136.6
    4th of July Goal: 123.7
    Overall Goal: 120.0

    I lost 37 pounds two years ago, and since then have gained 20 lbs. back. I really loved how I looked and feeled, so I am planning to go back to that. This time I am pacing myself and want to focus more on maintaining the weight rather than reaching that goal quickly. I am tired of my weight yo-yoing up and down. Thanks for your support, I will check-in every other day.
