5'4" with before and after pictures? Inspiration needed!

I'm 5'4" and about three years ago I lost about 65 pounds from 255 to 190. I stopped losing weight about a year ago and even though I'm proud of myself for keeping off the weight, I want to pick up where I left off! My goal weight is 140-150. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced any weight loss and has B/A pictures to share for inspiration?! I'm curious to see what others look like after weight loss at a similar height to mine but anyone can post, of course! Don't be shy.

FWIW, I think you B & A pictures are pretty inspiring themselves.0

I'm not 5'4" and not inspirational at all but I just wanted to say that you should be very very proud of yourself for already losing so much weight and maintaining it! I wish you good luck on your next goal!0

You look fantastic!
I was about 275 at my highest. I don't have a picture from that time. But this one's from about 265 to 195.
Then I gained too much (40lbs) with my 1st pregnancy and didn't lose any of it before becoming pregnant with #2 (a year after #1 was born). Bah! Currently just trying to keep my pregnancy gain at 10 pounds or less. So far, so good.
I know it's still "overweight" for our height, but my goal is also 150. I was in a size 10/12 at 191 (my lowest).0 -
Great job so far! You are really pretty.0

huh interesting that you really do look better at 142 lbs than 124. i'm also 5'4" and i think i look better at 126 now than i did at 140.0 -
I'm 5'5" and went from 188 to currently 153 hoping to get to 135.
Also your pics were great! You did such a good job! Good luck with the rest. Feel free to add me.0 -
@ Valeriek, thanks!! I believe it's due to the fact that I lift very heavy. I was "skinny fat" before, so now I've put on muscle and have more shape. I also have a bum from all the squats now haha no more pancake butt!!
I do find though that even though people are the same height at you, they can look very different at different weights....that's why its important to not look at someone and just because they're the same height as you to all of a sudden want to be the same weight as them0 -
You are all incredible!!!
Thanks for the much needed inspiration!0 -
5'4" before at 350-400 lbs

I'm 5'4". I started out at 220 lbs but I don't have any pictures from then... not really sure what weight I was at in my "before" pictures.
The "after" is more an "in progress" and I weighed 135 at the time.
I have a slightly better/more recent comparison in my profile, I just can't find the bigger version of it to post here.0 -
Nice work ladies!
I'm still working at it...
96.7kg/213lb was my heaviest, currently 79kg/174lb

I'm 5'4'" weight 185 at my heaviest, which was August 16th 2012, now weigh 176, still need to lose 41 more pounds.
I want to get down to 135, which is what I weighed in high school, & was a medium and a size 8.
My profile picture shows me at my heaviest, will post before and after pictures when I get down 11 more pounds.0
