What # do you never want to see on the scale again?

Before I would say 197
Now I say 1500 -
I'll start with 299 and then 275 and eventually 260 or below.0

273. I have never been so depressed or down on myself as I was at that highest weight. I never want to feel so defeated or treat my body so poorly as I used to. I'm finally down into the 250s and not stopping there.0

I don't want to see over 133. I am currently in maintenance for 130, so if that scale hits 134 I will know I have fallen off the wagon!0

I will never go over 175 again. Ever.0

At this point, the number I see every Saturday, that's the number I NEVER want to see again!0

When I hit the next lowest 10's, I don't want to go back, I'm pretty sure I'm not out of the 220's (weigh in on Sunday) and I never want to see it again, and it'll stay that way till I hit my goal weight! And I'll keep that off!!0

I would totally love getting back down to 130, my normal weight....0

I said it before and I let myself go 5 lbs. over before snapping out it, but 150. Mostly because anything higher than that is considered overweight for my height and body type. I just hit 150 this morning... can't wait to get back down to the 140's... then hopefully on to 130.0

I never want to be in the 200's but didn't get there yet. However, some of you say you will never be that number again. Never say never. I'm older than most of you and know that to say that and if it happens you are really depressed. I don't ever want to be way up there again but some of my old habits crept in yesterday so I won't say never.0

I started at 326 and I'm at 313 now. I want to be out of the 300's and never see it again!!0
