I've found that the best way to acheive goals is to compete with myself. Therefore I am going to do my damndest to get through the entire 2 dozen beers in the fridge, eat as much of the 7lb pork roast that is currently in the oven (YUMMY crackling on the way!) and get back into that little room first thing tomorrow morning and get a winning result!0
