    You do look amazing and I was wondering about the zigzagging also :-)

    I'm assuming it means she ate a little over calories and a little under her goal at times.

    Simply incredible. I have lost 50 lbs in 3 months but I am dwarfed by your achievement.

    What it shows is that you need a long term attitude, I can see in your pic that you took 6 years. People who think that weight loss is instant, or that exercise and diet are only needed "to get the weight off", are wrong.

    I am sure you had many hiccups along the way but you show that perseverence is what matters, and self belief.
