    110 pounds with pictures

    First of all I just want to say that I have made a lifestyle change, I have not dieted. A diet is temporary and a lifestyle change is for the rest of my life. Second, I have my friends on MFP to thank for the support to get to where I am. I always know that people here will understand my challenges if I am having a hard day. This is probably one of the best websites ever. Many people want my secret, but there is no secret. Everybody knows that calories in versus calories out either equals weight gain, weight loss, or maintaining one's weight. I will admit that I have lost a great amount of weight in a small amount of time, and I am thankful for that. But it hasn't come without dedication and hard work. I hope you enjoy this post. I feel as though I am more alive that I have ever been. I weigh less than I weighed in high school, and I am wearing a size 14 jeans (the smallest I ever remember wearing is a size 18 in 6th grade). Life is great, and I will continue on this journey the rest of my life.

      What a feat that is! Losing that much weight , you must have a new lifestyle and have your mind on success. And the constant of it is stuck in your head for life , which is where I want to go. I was there and I got sick with Asthma and took Prednisone, gained 50. Got 20 off, but I do get sidetracked. I wanna be back in my 14s too. I just love your pictures. My oldest has a major plight to lose quite a bit of weight, more than 100, but that will be a milestone and I believe in her where others don't. Mothers should not stop believing in their kids, at least I won't. Even if she has been on 50 diets and I have paid for $$$$ in plans or equipment, I still believe she will do it this time, which is another good reason for me not to have these down times.
