You don't NEED clothes for walking and running.
in the neighborhood I live in nudists are not welcome and likely to be arrested
There's a guy in the UK ("The Naked Rambler") who's been arrested & sentenced to prison repeatedly for refusing to wear clothes.

He's walked the length of Britain more than once wearing nothing except boots, socks, rucksack and sometimes a hat.0 -

Push ups (plyo push ups, military style, wide push ups).
I like push ups too- so many variations. Side by side, decline, diamond pushups. All good stuff.0 -
Dancing like a fool around the house.
I personally love swimming (I swam for years), but it does require "equipment" -- a POOL!
Running is great. I started walking long distances recently and I find myself enjoying that (only in the early mornings and at night when it's cooler, and less crowded).0 -

Not really -- I am a fish -- I normally swim in the lake and if its not the right season, then yes, the pool (or a friends pool?) Haha. Then it's free and you don't need a membership to go.0 -
Squats (because I'm getting better at these).
Jumping jacks.
Raising my knees to my chest.
Stretching.
My favourite though, by far, fidgeting

Pull-ups on a cedar tree back in the woods. Push-ups, body weight squats, and running/walking are great too.0

jogging in place during commercial breaks.
it's short bursts of cardio, you don't feel like your doing too much, burns about 12 calories a minute, AND you still get to watch your favorite shows without feeling guilty that you should be exercising.
what could be better?0 -
