height 5'2", most weight 156 after having 3 pregnancies and 4 kids, lightest 114 in high school. Now 135 goal is 120. stopped exercising 2 weeks because my mom got sick, but will restart tonight0

I do a lot of weight training now and I can wear some of the clothes I had from when I weighed 140 lb (I am a hoarder). My target weight initially was 161 lb, and I moved that to 168 lbs a few months back. I am happy with my dress size, but I have a mental issue with being just over a healthy BMI. I will evaluate where I am next weigh in (a week Monday), but I suspect that I will settle at that weight.0 -

I'm 5'4" ( I've shrunk; used to be 5'5"). I'm 56 years old.
My heaviest EVER was 190 (yikes!), about 18 mos. ago, and my lightest (as an adult) was 112 (in college). I lost 25 last summer, taking that off the 190, but then life got in the way and I put some of it back on. So....
Started out a couple weeks ago @ 178; I'm 171 now, and want to get down to about 145. I've lost 7.5 so far, in only 11 days (doing South Beach Plan Phase I). Will enter Phase II of the SB Plan on Monday, and I'm a little nervous about the dietary changes and how it will effect my weight loss. But I know I cannot stay on Phase I forever.

It's a little encouraging to see how much I already lost by myself, just doing it right in the kitchen after moving in with my boyfriend. Now, I am exercising a lot and I feel so good ! I hope it will continue to go down and I can't wait to reach my first goal.0 -

Goal Weight - 150, I have a very athletic, muscular build and I strength train so I think a size 6 and some more muscle will look good on me. I have 4 kids, not trying to be anything but healthy and fit. People often guess my current weight at 150 and always have way under guessed my weight.
