Weigh In Spread sheet for 2013.

Hi all,
I have been tuning my excel skills and would like people's opinions about a new spreadsheet I would like to post next year and have people join to weigh in and track their results.

I have started at January and I still have lots more fine tuning to do.
This is the procedure: When someone wants to be added on, they give me their initial weight and height in the unit they will be measuring in (kilos/pounds etc).
Everyone gets their own number (I am number 1 for instance), and it tracks amount lost throughout the month, and also has an initial BMI calculation for whenever you start, and also a current BMI calculation, and it shows you whether you are in the healthy range or not using the criteria I found on Wikipedia.
Any suggestions / feedback / comments on the design (I moved some stuff around and want a different set of opinions)
