Need your help...

I don't really enjoy oatmeal when i eat it... but i know it's really healthy and it would help me controlling my cravings... do you have any ideas on how to make YUMMY oatmeal? :D

    You can make it with milk or water. Milk will give a little more flavor. They have flavored soy milk or almond milk (live vanilla) which would probably be good.
    You can add a variety of fruits (cranberry, apple, raisin, strawberry, blueberry) or add cinnamon, honey, brown sugar, maple, ect. It is like a blank (bland) campus and it accepts other flavors really well!

    oh, i will try it with flavored soy milk (we can't really find any almond milk where i live but i'm going to the "american market" shop tomorrow, hope i can get some cool things there!)... that's a pretty good idea! Thank you so much!
  • I love mine with honey and cinnamon, I usually mash a banana in to it as well. Oatmeal doesn't necessarily mean boring, you can change it up quite a bit. Add berries, granola for some crunch, brown sugar is always a classic. Change it up and change it often so you don't get bored of it.
