Another INSANITY Question

On week 5 the recovery week, do you do anything else with that...Like go running ?? biking ?? different workout ??

    I didn't. Recovery week still kicked my butt.
    You want to give your body somewhat of a break because month 2 is soooo much harderrrr

    Month 2 has been really kicking my butt, but today i did do some weight training. I do not make this a habit.

    i would suggest to just stick to recovery week and not add any extra. unless you want to substitute it for activities like swimming/ running etc. Month 2 is insane! so rest up
