We have a get together tomorrow and I'm looking for a new healthy recipe. Prefer something quick and easy, and cheap if possible.

Here is some ideas....Saute your favorite veggies and add a seasoning packet if you aren't good with combining your own spices. Even toss in a little pasta if you like. .....Make some rice seasoned with chicken bullion,,,,,,,,Cut potatoes into chuncks and roast with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.......sliced cucumber, onion, and tomatoes tossed in your favorite vinegrette.......0

Salsa and guacamole! Or pasta salad with extra veggies, whole grain pasta and light dressing.0

I use my croc pot to cook veggies, rice, can of soup and whatever meat is already cooked plus whatever seasonings . A fresh fruit salad is easy. Loaded tuna sandwich with tons of diced veggies on a croissant. Cake made with a can of diet pop.0

Last time I made curried chick pea salad and served it with crackers. Everyone loved it. It's basically like a tuna/chicken/egg salad (I mash my chickpeas with a fork, but a food processor would work too.
Suraj Chick Peas - Chick Peas, 1 container (2.2 cups ea.)
Pc Plain Greek 0% M.F. Yogurt - Greek Plain Yogurt, 0.5 cup
Bick's (Canada) - Yum Yum Sweet Pickles, 25 pickles
Spices - Curry powder, 2 tsp
Generic - Chopped White Onions, Medium Sized, 0.5 g / .62 cup / 5 oz0 -
Here is a great recipe. If you want you can make it the day before and heat in it in the slow cooker the day of.

I made this Asain Slaw side dish for a pot luck at work and people LOVED it. http://www.onceuponachef.com/2011/03/asian-slaw-with-ginger-peanut-dressing.html It says "serves 6" but it made a lot (8+ cups) Its about 100 calories per half cup.
