it is a workout dvd from jillian micheals. i bought it on amazon a few weeks ago for 7.43.0 -

It's by Jillian Michaels. There are 3 different levels you complete, 10 days for each of them. If you don't want to buy her DVD (like me!) you can youtube "Jullian Michaels 30 Day Shred" and choose the first video you see. It's tough, but from the results I'm seeing on here, it's definitely worth it! I'm only on Level One, and it's basically 2 minutes of cardio, 3 minutes strength training, etc...for about 25 minutes.0 -

i seriously worked out harder in 20 minutes then i ever do in the gym alone. my face was so red and my hair was all sweat. geez i was like WATER omg WATER! when i was done lol0 -
I tried it a week ago and OMG it totally kicked my butt!!! But I am severely overweight (obese actually... okay morbidly obese) I did the modified moves and even had to stop for a breather every so often but dang I am damn near 300 lbs (well I was 300lbs eight days ago)
I think it's a great program, I really do and I cannot wait until I am able to do it regularly. My back hurt really bad after doing it. Maybe I can modify the modified versions, just do what I can........
