Today's challenge: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 200.
Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.
Remember: The new rules are do as many as you can in the first set then do the rest how ever many you want at a time.
Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Do medicine ball suitcase crunches and medicine ball twists count?
I do 3 sets of 20 each with a 15# medicine ball.

Did 50 sit ups no problem an hour ago
Did 100 regular crunches and 100 side crunches0 -
300 crunches (3 sets of 100) with a 10lb plate weight.
50 full sit ups done (2 sets of 25)
whew!!0 -
Done and on the swiss ball!0

In and done...100 to start then 2 sets of 50, plus an extra 25...total of 225!!!0
