Does anyone know how many calories 1 hour of Les Mills Body Pump burns?

    One of the girls in my Body Pump class wears her HRM and she said she burns around 200 calories, give or take a few. She also did say that she's not sure it's accurate because sometimes the weights hit the buttons on her watch and sometimes turns it on/off, resets it.

    Thanks for the info. I guess I just need to get a HRM. Been thinking about it anyway.
