I was wondering if anyone has done up and down days. One low calorie day and then one higher to keep your body thinking. Any success anyone?

I average my calories out for the week. I don't try to hit an exact calorie goal per day. Each day is different because of social obligations, activity levels, and so on.

But no, I don't try to keep my body thinking. My brain has that part handled.

I do that (I use the JUDDDD method). I like it and am losing at a nice steady pace, typically 1-1.5 pounds/week. The biggest thing, for me, is that I don't feel deprived at all. That was the nail in the coffin with me for WW, and ultimately why I failed with that.
