200 ARM CIRCLES!

Great for round shoulders.
Break them up.
Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles, it doesn’t matter. Tell us what you did!

In. Done, all at once. Burn...spaghetti arms. I like a mini-challenge (especially for at work). I can stop and get up, stretch, cleanse my mind for a few minutes.
