Homemade salad dressing
I have always loved salads and have recently been eating them a lot more. I only use a couple tbsp of fat free dressing on my salads which is great calorie wise but it's killing me on the sodium. Is there a way to make my own dressing that is low or no sodium?? I prefer ranch and french dressing. TIA!!!

Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Garlic and Lemon is good, shake it up in a jar.
Also Bassmic Vinegar is good. Another one for a creamy one, low fat natural or greek yoghurt with Lemon juice and black pepper,0
