18 kg/40 lbs lost in 7 months

Yaaaaaay that's true! I did it mostly by myself but there were periods that I got some help from dietitian.
There was a month or two that I wasn't on a diet though..
From 106 kg I went to 88kg.
The problem is that I don't have photos of myself being 88 kg but i have when i was 92kg.
So,my after pics are when i was 92 and NOT 88kg
