Hi! I'm in Virginia Beach.

New to this site this week. Seems pretty easy to use and very helpful! I am only 5'2" and have gained some weight over the last 2 yrs between changing jobs and quitting smoking. I'm trying to lose at least 20 lbs maybe more. Being so short it seems every calorie really counts.
