    ha! my husband (feeling inspired) tried to do his own zucchini fries a couple weeks back. he did not coat them and they were all limp. tasty but not fries. i am giving him this recipe to try again. thanks. -katie

    I finally made these last night. Big Hit!!! Thanks for sharing. I actually got some of my kids to eat zucchini. Still working on the 4 yo who thinks he can survive on nothing but apples and cereal.
