Hard work pays off!!! Im sooo happy. working out seven days a week, 30 day shred freaking WORKS and i stayed at level one and also ran a little. tried insanity for a day but hes fckn crazy lol! SW 242. CW 222. GW 140 by April ))

What was your diet like? Did you have a 1200-1500 calorie based on?
I have tried Jillian's 30 day shred but only lost about 3 lbs So it sucked for me. Trying to figure out what I did wrong.0 -
I'm wishing you all the success possible and I'm happy for your results. I'm not doing any program but I lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks, which is great progress for me too. One thing to keep in mind is that speed (yours and mine) of weight loss is not sustainable long term. Don't be disappointed when the weight loss slows down.0

this is really pissing me off!!! lol sorry guys anyway, i lost 20 lbs by doing the 30 day shred, and cutting calories A LOT. about 1200 a day. oh yeah, i went vegeterian, ONLY water. no chips, candy, icecream etc. just veggies fruits and water. it works!!!0

This is just my opinion:
You need to find some protein. What you are doing now, is not easily sustainable.. It is a journey.. not a destination.
You will find that the deprivation will cause you to binge eat. And you will be disappointed when the weight comes back!
This is just my opinion!!

Lol yeah I do and when I'm hungry I eat. Three big meals three small. 1200 cals per day and working out hard. Thx!0

Congrats girl I went from 240 to 232.2 and was stuck there for a month, tried Up-ing my calories intake and workout nothing, thought it was my TOM but that never came, so I was reading on the DUKAN and decided that last friday I would give it a try for a couple of days, so I did all Fri, Sat, Sun all protein and Monday added small rice and stevia..now I am 228.2, its not much and I don't plan on going FULL DUKAN, but I think I will choose to live a high protein low Carb life....(that's just what works for me) I'm not saying it is right, but I have energy and I am also on day 22 of Insanity....( I was doing insanity before and was not losing weight) until I upped my protein and lowered my carb..:) Good luck everyone0
