Hey everyone,

I'm wanting to put together a playlist of work out songs for my iPod.

What songs motivate you to go that extra mile?

I like it a bit on the hard side... so Danzig's "7th house" is my absolutel #1 cardio tune.

I also like the Shins "Australia" (just happy stuff) and the Fratelli's "Chelsea Dagger".

    Happy workout!

My friend actually picked up this C.D that I found awesome. It's called 'Fit'. There are four different C.Ds and each is for a different kind of exercise (Running, Walking, Cycling or Cardio). There are some really awesome songs on there. Should check it out :)
