I don't have much to lose but I want to be more fit and live a healthier life. I seriously lack motivation and just need a support group. Please don't judge once again for me it's more about feeling healthier.

So, challenges....
I'm going to start the first challenge. It's 12 days until the next weigh in. Therefore I am going to make the challenge between now and the 8th of October is to do 120km's (75 miles) worth of exercise between now and weigh in. That can be walking, riding, elliptical, running....whatever you like! Point is to strive for that number.
A good idea to keep track is to put the km's or miles on each equipment/exercise in your exercise notes for each day.

There is 3 months left until Christmas! So we have started a challenge for those who want to join.
- Fortnightly weigh ins (starting yesterday...this post is a bit late, so use today's weight for the first weigh in)
- Fortnightly mini challenges (this can be decided by all of us. Might be exercise related, macro related etc.)
- Friendly support
This is just a little bit of extra motivation and fun for all involved. Doesn't matter what you currently weigh, what your goal weight is, where your fitness is at, we will all be supportive and considerate of each other's personal goals :-) We can use this thread to share and motivate.
