I've been making this for years and it's not only easy but really good. My friend uses tofu in it instead of turkey and it's good as well.
Very filling and tastes even better the next day. I've made it several times without meat and it is just as good. Enjoy!!!0 -

I think I would make this with shredded chicken breast instead of the Turkey. We're not big on the ground turkey.0

Sorry - one side note on my post - the recipe I've used is a bit different..... but very similar!
Do not drain the corn, or any of the beans. Also - I use black beans with the liquid instead of refried beans. By using the liquid that comes in the cans you do not need to add the chicken broth. Super yummy!!0 -

Made this the other day!! However, had vegetarians over, so I made it with tofu and the vegetarian chicken broth instead. Added a couple extra spices, but sooo delicious! I definitely had leftovers and made it into a burrito filling later
It tastes wonderful wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla and just a little sour cream 0 -
