Logging workout DVDs?

While I originally was planning on participating in the "Insanity" workouts, after a bit more research I decided that it may be a bit too Insane for me D: So... I ended up ordering Jillian Michaels Body Revolution instead. Yesterday was my first day! I definitely think I am going to enjoy them. However I am unsure the best way to log these.. I don't really know how many calories I burn per workout. Does anyone have any tips for logging exercise DVDs/shows in general, or even specifically the Body Revolution workouts?
