Beans, nuts, peas, lentils, hemp (zucchini, potato, veggies, fruits, nutritional yeast, ground flax all add up too in their smaller amounts.)

I get mine from protein powder (whey), dairy (usually yogurt), eggs, and seafood.

primarily fish, meat, beans, cheese, nuts

I consider fish to be meat. It's the *OTHER* "other white meat.

    ETA: unless it's pink

Homemade protein bar for breakfast (20g), chicken salad or chicken sandwich for lunch (20-30 g), deviled egg and cheese as midday snacks (15 g), protein shake on lifting days (60 g), and dinner that contains at least 30 g (this isn't too hard with a serving of meat, especially chicken or fish). If I'm low, I make dessert out of a fruity greek yogurt and a scoop of whey protein (another 35 grams).

Chicken, lean ground turkey/beef, lean pork, shrimp, cottage cheese, egg whites, greek yogurt, protein bars, and when protein.

THIS^^^ for me except the protein bars and whey protein. I'm tiny and it's easier for me to get all my protein from just food.

Soy milk, tofu, protein powder, protein bars, edamame.

You could try greek yogurt, any lean cuts of meat.

I do too, but many people only associate mammal flesh with "meat" so I usually mention both just to be clear.

I'm always short of my protein goal while my calories and carbs are pretty much dead on. I want more protein ideas.

    Alpro Soya Milk/Yogurt
Pharma Whey PHD Protein powder, usually in Yogurt mix,
Salmon (Loaded with Proteins and Omega Oils, as well as other nutritional minerals)
    Tuna
    Steak Beef.
    Kashi GoLean Cereal
    Turkey Sausages
Turkey Burgers (Home made, so I control what goes in them)
Nuts (In moderation, due to fats)
Egg Whites (NOT Yokes) FULL of protein, with v little fats.
Quark (Low fat, high protein) cheese
Chicken breast (Without any other part of bird and always skinned)
Prawns/Shrimps. Fantastic amounts of protein and very low in fats.
    Lentils
    Kidney Beans
    Chickpeas
    Pilchards
    Sardines

I tend to look for low fat too, so might be more useful than others, just looking at proteins.

    Hope these help. :)
