Anyone else see this kid (from Toddlers & Tiaras) and her horrible mother and want to vomit a little ??

    this is a horrible show... i can't see how mothers can be proud of exploiting their children suggestively like that. LET KIDS BE KIDS!

    When I started seeing her name all over I had to google who the heck she was and then I remembered watching an episode of that AWFUL show.

    I won't allow my kido to watch this show b/c it's horrible I think what they do to these little girls with the fake tans, hair, eyelashes, TEETH....if you're going to have a talent and beauty contest for small children, it should be based on what they ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE. It's sick I think

    I love how most of the mom's on that show live vicariously through their 3 year-old.

    I got a flyer to be in a kiddie pageant when I was like 14. Funniest s*** ever.

    Some of the few clips I've seen have had that exact thing happening lol
    Once was when a lil girl was getting spray tan...."mommy its cold, I'm cold; I don't like this"

    I even asked my daughter if SHE wanted to be in dance class before I signed her up. After a semester, she didn't really want to do it anymore (mostly b/c the only class I could sign her up for was Saturday mornings) so I didnt' renew it.

    Would I love for her to get into sports or dance or something....yes
    Will I force her? No....heck no

    This is my thought every time my kids watch this show. It's an ok show. Nothing that i would be all excited about coming on. I know most of it's acting and not real.

    It's disgusting and exploitative. I love how Joel McHale on The Soup refers to the mom on this show as "H.T." or "Human Thumb" :laugh:

    Freakin love this show. But I guess it's not as shocking to me because I live in a very small town and have actually seen families like this.
