Looking for Friends, New to MFP.

Hello everyone I am new to MFP. I joined yesterday evening. I want to drop these last few lbs I have in order to become a healtheir fitter me. I started to gain wieght over the years and its been about 6 years of me being overweight. Jan of this year I told myself I was going to kick this weight and by May of this year I had lost 17 lbs. I was so over joyed because I did it and it wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be. I still have a few more lbs to lose so Im here to keep track of my calories and my daily exercie. I must admit that remembering to write every thing you eat down can be a hand full. So Im looking for friends to help guide me along the way.

Hi, welcome. I'm back on my road to wellness! I just started back to the gym and logging my calorie intake. It does seem tedious at first, but you will get used to it and you might actually look forward to it. Tracking your progress can be addicting!! B!est of luck. Maureen0
