    I am in. Have a lot more to go than most but I don't care, it's all weight loss to me. This is my first week.

    * for a girl my size it is easier to have pounds come off, especially when you cut out fast food and add walking.

    So, challenges.... :)

    I'm going to start the first challenge. It's 12 days until the next weigh in. Therefore I am going to make the challenge between now and the 8th of October is to do 120km's (75 miles) worth of exercise between now and weigh in. That can be walking, riding, elliptical, running....whatever you like! Point is to strive for that number.

    A good idea to keep track is to put the km's or miles on each equipment/exercise in your exercise notes for each day.

    GO!! :-)
