Workouts you enjoy but dread the most?

I would have to say workouts that have to do with Bob or Jillian..and strength training.

    Used to be P90X Plyo, but now that I'm doing Insanity, any of the circuit routines would be my pick. I'd like to try the P90X plyo again after I'm done with Insanity and see how I do now!!

    Anything to do with abs. I usually do them first just to eliminate the temptation to just skip them at the end of the workout.

    Running... I hate it and have to talk myself into it every time, but I love the knackered feeling afterwards, and the results it's giving me!

    Do you by chance know how many calories you have burned doing either of these? I do these as well and I don't have a HRM yet. I am really curious how many calories people have burned doing these, exp Ripped 1000
