Ok well I am trying to plan my meals for the day ahead of time. I am right on on sugar and just a little over on fat, but i am WAY under on my calorie goal. Is this a big problem how can I fix it :(

    Try adding healthy fats as they have a higher caloric value. Lean meats are good to for higher calories. Google can be your best friend to find a grocery list. Good luck!

    Add more eggs, meat and fat and some non-starchy vegetables. How many cals do you need?

    Added some nuts and it worked out just 1 over on sugar i can live with that :)
  • I personally don't worry about this too much. I do watch it - and pay attention to what adds the sugar. But in looking at your diary - you aren't eating sugary processed foods - so I think you are on the right track.

    Add protein and fats... go lower on the carbs.
