Mini Goal (thanksgiving) : 145 =D Oh my gawsh... if this happens I will be doing a happy dance and squealing. LOL.
I eat back exercise calories and try to keep my net high enough so I don't slow my metabolism down... so I might only lose 5-8 lbs Instead of 10+ . But I will be happy if I don't binge OR overeat for the next 57 days!! that would be progress for me.0 -
I'm in! I would like to be under 200 by Christmas, so that's 27.8 lbs in about 12 weeks and then I can work on my goal of my "goal weight" by my anniversary (July 4th).
