Question about fitbit Ultra sleep?

Options
I am almost ready to try and sleep. Today is the first time to use my Ultra. Do I just hold the button until the stopwatch starts and then let go? And when I wake up hold it until it says stop? Hoping to do it right the first time. lol

yea, you just use it like you would the stop watch...it reads the inactivity and records it as sleep. when you wake up in the morning hold it until it says stop. if you have to wake up and got to the bathroom i wouldn't reset it and start over...it records it as two sleep cycles...i personally didn't like it done that way.

what I have found, is that the sleep tracker just confirms what you already know! The first few weeks it was interesting to see that on nights when I thought I slept like crap, I had like 12 wake-ups...then on nights when I felt like I had good sleep, I had like 4.
