hi, ive started the dukan diet :) im just wondering if anyone has any tips,recipes or success stories from doing this diet? thank you :)

    thank you, i found a good recipe site called myowndukanrecipes too. this is my 5th day on it last day in the attack phase and ive lost 5pounds! so happy it really works :)
