Are you supposed to remove the skin? Maybe I should Google before I say something we'll all regret.
Well, most of us. Welll, most of you.0 -
It looks like a style of cooking to me...is it like a cornish hen? And then they said it is also a young chicken less than a few weeks old...
I suppose you could treat it like chicken then, and the calories would depend on you roasting with or without the skin...0 -
it IS chicken!0

Cornish Game Hen would be pretty close. It should be in the database! Good luck!
Edited after I Googled it!
It a method of deboning poultry so you can butterfly or grill it flattened!0 -

deboned whole chickens.
So, calculate for which pieces you ate, as boneless skinless _________, however many ounces you ate.0 -
Spatchcocking is a way of preparing poultry or game birds. It is butterflying them by removing the backbone.0

So basically 1 chicken minus whatever calories are in the backbone?
In my opinion it's just easier to eat the backbone to avoid having to do the maths on that.0 -

As far as I can figure an average sized Spatchcock is about 500 to 600 calories.0
