    lol, seriously... I log in here about 50 - 50 vs Facebook.

    people here are supportive and very nice to be with, who can blame me?

      I spend more time on here than Facebook. The topics in here are just more interesting, and everyone is nice, no gossip; because over half of us have never met. lol !

      All my friends i have on facebook I know it real life- so why not just see them in person, lol...I dont see a need to update facebook every five minutes when my friends are right in front of me, lol.

      Screw FB! I log in here every morning and as much as I can throughout the day. MFP has something to offer unlike FB where people rant or brag about their life.

      I usually have both windows open at the same time, but I generally spend the most time on this tab. I use Facebook to catch up with friends but most of them don't give a darn about my "weightloss journey". Or, well, my maintenance journey as it is right now.

      Definitely log in here 100 times as much. Ditched facebook because I cant discuss my goals and the main focus of my life on there. It is safe and supportive here.

      Oh, yeah, a lot more, at about a 10:1 ratio! For the same reason as someone said earlier--MFP actually helps me!

      I don't even want to keep my facebook anymore but some of my friends are in bands and post show dates on there and my mom doesn't want me to give up facebook because she likes me uploading pictures of my daughter since she lives far away.

      That stuff, and the fact that it would take me a really long freaking time to delete everything or save pictures on my hard drive.

      I joined MFP on August 5th...I have logged onto FB MAYBE 3 times since then. I agree with everyone else... I love chatting with all my MFP buddies, love the message boards, I don't miss all the BS on FB....
