100 calorie bag of microwave popcorn is my go to snack. I've also been eating Laughing Cow Mini-Babybel Lights lately to up my calcium intake.0

Sweet stuff = Grapes!
Drink = Coke Zero (when I've had enough of water)
Savoury = ? No I'd rather have something sweet.0 -
light string cheese - 50 cals, fiber one brownies are awesome too! only 90 cals.
Also, I really like veggie straws, which are 130 cals for a serving. And apple slices or dried strawberries!
These are just things that are easy for me to snack on at work0 -

I love 100 calorie yoplait greek yogurt with a handful of bluberries, granola, or favourite cereal
I also love frozen grapes.
Apple slices with cinnamon sprinkled over, popped in the microwave for 10 sec, and it tastes just like an apple pie filling!

Pretzel Crisps, especially the Buffalo wing flavor. I also really enjoy 1/2 cup mukimame with salt and fresh ground pepper. Yum!0

Popcorn with butter and grated Parmesan cheese!!!!!!! I know it sounds kinda weird but that's how my family eats popcorn. I have it every single week on friday and I look forward to it.0

Roasted Kale chips-ever since I got the recipe my family is hooked! We try different seasonings to change it up, and I use olive oil cooking spray instead of actual oil so practically no calories but high high high in vitamins and stuff!0 -
Pretty much anything with peanut butter.....with an apple, rice cake, Greek yogurt & granola, a banana, milk + vanilla protein powder.....a pb&j works too. I'm all over the pb.0

Those fiber one brownies are good, especially the chocolate peanut butter one.
I like the Keebler 100 calorie packages too. I suck at portion control so those definitely help when it comes to snacking0 -
