Nothing better than a quick (15-20 minute) run on the elliptical with MOVE! by Thousand Foot Krutch or BODIES by Drowning Pool! Gives me motivation and energy to get moving & get the house chores done! Then i have some water & an apple and do it again just before lunch.
Typically, i do the short runs 3-4 times per day. It REALLY keeps my energy up, my body burning and keeps my blood pressure maintained throughout the day better than one long run once a day!0 -
Morning woody...because I hate for a perfectly good opportunity to be wasted

I suggest pineapple juice. A small glass, every day. Your girlfriend/future girlfriend will thank you for this practice.0

Turn on Fergi's Glamorous, and give your booty a little shake, enough motivation to last the day.
Fergie + Elliptical + Me = awesome work out, I won't deny that.0 -
