Date Your Fitness

I was walking my dog this morning, and this came to my heart to share with those starting (or are still in) their fitness journey. I believe a fit lifestyle should progress over time, similar to dating a new romantic interest. Trying to do too much too fast could be fun and exciting at first, but then usually results in disinterest.

Rather than risk having a "one night stand" with your fitness, try taking things slow... Ahem... Date your fitness!

Try changing your eating habits first and let your body adjust...
Add some exercise to keep things interesting...
Add some intensity to your exercise to make it more exciting...
Add some weight training to strengthen your bond with fitness...

Before you know it, you would have found your life partner with fitness! Hope this helps to inspire your "happily ever after"! The end.
