tracking pole dancing?

How do you track pole dancing? I looked under cardio and strength and didn't find it listed.

    Would also like to know this. I would consider what I do more strength training than cardio but I work on more tricks than actual dancing. Anyone know how to log it?

    Im wondering this too. I also do mostly tricks, so Ive been putting it as light calisthenics so far, but I worry that calorie count is too high.

    Probably ought to post videos so we can get a better read on it and do a full evaluation.
  • I just googled typical calories burnt and added it under cardio. But I agree it's definitely a strength exercise as well.
  • I track it as gymnastics, general. Cant' think of anything else that has burst of energy as well as calisthenic like movements that only use body weight.
