OMG I'm smaller!

It was a little cool this morning, so I pulled out some jeans I bought 6 months ago when I had reached my goal. They were too BIG! For the first time in my life, I was smaller six months after I stopped "dieting", not bigger. This is a lifesyle change my friends, and you can do it. Good luck to you.

That is super awesome! It reminds me of when I pulled out a bunch of spring summer clothes from the attic that were my goal clothes and they ended up being too big!0
