What are you taking, and why? I feel like I should be taking something... even if it's just a multi vitamin. Please help point me in the right direction. Thanks!

I'm just taking a slim shake once a day, basically i am trying to have few calories during the day but still eating right (mandarins, grapes, crackers e.t.c) so then dinner time is not such a mission and can still pretty much eat what i like for dinner as long as i calculate it. The shake i have is only 99 calories so i never used to have breakfast so i have that now instead, i have also cut the sugar from my coffee and have trim milk in it so breakfast for me only costs me like 114 calories and it takes me thru till morning tea (2-3 hours later) and thats when i have mandarin and grapes or a youghurt, i try for the fuller feeling on better things lol. Hope that helps or is insightful in some way0

I'm taking prenatal vitamins right now.
I usually just take a Women's One a Day as well as a Garlic pill and Fish oil. The garlic pill is because I took them when I was young and never got sick...and have been sicker as an adult after discontinuing them. I figure I may as well give it a shot.0 -
Take a look at my diary, then you will see what I take every morning without fail. Those Raspberry Keytones actually do help0

I take a multi vitamin, although it's probably not really necessary through the week because I generally eat pretty healthy. I also take an Omega 3-6-9 supplement. It's good for your skin, hair, circulatory & respiratory systems, brain, and joints.0

I noticed since I've mostly given up dairy that I'm not getting enough calcium so I've just started taking that. I'm not reaching my potassium either but I'm really trying hard to get that through food as much as I can. Multi vitamin and B-12 as well. Eventually i'd like to get my diet to where it gives me most of what I need without lots of vitamins.0

I take a multi (gummi bear multis FTW!) and a B vitamin supplement. The multi is just to fill gaps in my diet, the B is for additional energy. I don't eat much meat either, so if my protein is lacking I may have a protein shake as well.0

I take B-12, Magnesium (for blood sugar), and Joint Juice for my bad knees. I also add a serving of Eas Lean 15 to my berry smoothie for breakfast.0

Use protein shakes when I am going to fall short and use Tumms with Calcium if I am short there, which it is rare that I am down on either.0 -

go to the doctor, get a blood test, eat food with the vitamins you are lacking. No need to take supplements and vitamins unless you can't absorb it naturally. Best to absorb it naturally when possible. The vitamin and supplement industry is such a racket. Silly to guess in the dark, get yourself checked and take it from there.0

I take a multivitamin about three times a week, to get my iron for the week. I take a B12, potassium and magnesium because I'm a runner and need the Bs and electrolytes, and also, to be quite honest, because I have a poopin' problem. The magnesium keeps my muscles happy and my colon clean.0

PGX(twice a day)
i also take organic pure; chia seed, bee pollen ground flax and a multivitamin(every morning)0
