Today's my first day!

Hello! My sister turned me on to myfitnesspal.com and I am so glad she did! I need motivation and structure and I think I have found it here! My first day went well and I was still under 4 calories at the end of the day. Pretty good for me. I'd love some friends to help me along the way.. :wink:

    Welcome! I found site by accident but it sure has worked me and my Husband. Both have lost over 50 since Jan. this year. We made it fun and easy. First 50 was easy but last couple months kinda a standstill. But even if this is my new normal I am so HAPPY to be here. We feel so much better than we did before. Much more active. Started with just walking and watching our cals. Good luck!

    Welcome and Good Luck. I have been seriously tracking since 8/13/2012 although I did it a few years back and lost some
    weight. I have lost 9 pounds since I started in August. You can add me as a friend if you'd like. I think the first few days are
    the hardest and then it gets easier.
    I am taking a few vacations in October so I am worrying about keeping up the diet and
    workout schedule on vacation.

    helloiam new as well i just joined today , and so far its seems very interesting and fun to do I am very excited. my friend who has joined my fitness pal joined back in february and she introduced me to this I am excited to meet all the people and read there success stories it is very encouraging.
