New Exercise Routine

........I started a new exercise ritual. Once or twice a day I get down on my large yoga towel to do yoga poses and other exercises. I started doing this from 10 to 20 minutes each time and will increase the time as I go. I have one of those crunch-bar rockers that I use. Anyone know what that is called or about how many calories I am burning? It works great for my mid-section, which is the weakest (and largest) part of my body. I am doing this in addiction to my hour of cardio at the gym. I am sharing about it here to help me create a habit of doing this. Not just for weight loss, but for fitness long-term. HUGP..........P. S. I am a 65 year old obese woman on oxygen, who never exercised in my life... So, this exercise routine amazes me!!!

Well, I don't know what are the exercise you make... but doing exercises laying on the matt, with yoga and core (abdominal) exercises may be similar with Pillates.
