Hi, everyone! A little about myself...I'm 36 and 220 lbs, looking to get down to at least 140 lbs. Stress eating and junk food have been my downfalls since becoming a parent. Any advice for conquering my problems is appreciated! I will be scouring MFP for insights.
Also, I have a question about the blogs I see on here...Can anyone start a blog? I figure it'd be useful to record my day-to-day successes and frustrations, but I don't see a way to create a blog.

I just found this myself! You need to be logged onto the website (not an app). You'll find the blog option under the community tab.

From the My Home tab, click on My Blog. Instructions are there.0

Thanks for the help. I still couldn't it to work, but then I tried logging out and back in again and it works now. Woo hoo!0
