    I am addicted to coffee with Coffeemate Hazelnut creamer. 3 cups every morning, altho I switched to half caff a couple of years ago. Was wonderful when Coffeemate came out with the sugar free version. 3 tbsp per cup adds up. Now I have substituted Sugarfree Hazelnut syrup for 1 Tbsp, so that cuts another 45 cals from my morning.

    3 cups of full sugar version= 410 cals
    3 cups now= 90 cals

    Love it. And I'm a semi coffee snob-so it's a wallet breaker as well. Just moved to a new town-no coffee shops!!! Mcdonalds is my best option.. and that's not a good option!!!! Fail.

    I was in my 20s when my affair with coffee first begin, a little late in life I know.

    I went to work at the Maxwell House plant in Jax, FL. You CAN'T refuse freshly roasted and ground coffee.

    Ermagerd! It changed my life.
