We have our homecoming (high school) in a few weeks, & I'm on the senior court. I'm trying to find something cute to do with my hair. My hair is very long and naturally wavy, and I want something cute that's not a complete updo (I think updo's are more for prom). I'm thinking something half-up, half-down, classy looking.
Any suggestions? :)

ask your stylist about the new "water fall braid"Google it. its beautiful for long hair. I had the pleasure to do a few half up and down dos' last week at our shop except using the wavy style curls and pulled back on the sides with a "bumpit" on top they loved it.
Another one that is nice is to pull back the hair in three sections and each section you do a loose "upside down pony tail" Thats when you put the rubber band in the middle of the section, make a hole at the base and flip the section up and through the hole making the hair end up underneath the section. It makes the sides of the hair do a nice little twist then pull and tighten the rubber band towards the head. You will have three upside down pony tails. curl and place with pins the loose ends on the first two, then at the bottom (it will be close to you neck) you can either curl it and leave it flowing around you shoulders or sometimes I braid several little braids and pin them under the last section leaving the rest to hang with loose curls. Pull out some hair on the sides and front and curl for a finish. good luck!
