JM No More Trouble Zones is HARD!!!

I cant get through the whole thing (yet) so I've been splitting it in half. I do circuits 1-4 one day, and 5-7 the next day. Its still a push for me, even split up, and I'm pretty sore the next day. I hope to be able to do the whole thing in the future but right now I just can't. Is it less effective doing it this way?

    Not at all. That's why the video is split up into circuits. I think Jillian even mentions in the intro that you can split it up if it's too hard to do in the beginning. I have this video and still can't make it through the whole thing without stopping. It's a great workout. :)
